Terms of Use

Effective 30 August 2026

These Terms of Use explain what this website is, and is not, and how content on it may be used.

1. About this site

C.U.D. Experience is an informational website about slow-travel experiences in Asia, written and curated by Piotr Kamiński. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and no travel packages, reservations, or payments are sold or processed through the Site.

2. No bookings or contracts through the Site

Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and using the Site, including the "Apply" section, does not create any booking, reservation, or contract. If you get in touch, any resulting arrangement for an actual trip is a separate, personal agreement made directly with Piotr Kamiński outside the Site, and is not governed by these Terms.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, photography and design on the Site belong to Piotr Kamiński or are used under licence, unless credited otherwise. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without prior written permission.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact contact@cudexperience.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the material you believe infringes it, and your contact details. Valid notices will be reviewed and the material removed where appropriate.

5. No warranty

Information on the Site, including dates, locations and descriptions of experiences, is provided for general interest and may change without notice. I do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Piotr Kamiński is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

8. Legal notice

This Site is operated by Piotr Kamiński, an individual based in Poland, rather than through a registered company. For data protection information, see the Privacy Policy.
